WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS

When applying for wholesale status you must agree to our terms and conditions.

You must order a minimum of $1000 in 1 month and you will receive 40% discount.

• Total Discounts applied automatically at checkout
• Total order over $100.00 receive a 10% discount
• Total orders over $250.00 receive a 20% discount
• Total orders over $500.00 receive a 25% discount
• Total orders over $1000.00 receive a 30% discount

PAYMENT

Payment must be paid before goods will be sent. We accept credit cards you can pay on our secure web site or phone or fax your number to us or pay by money order, direct payment to our account. Cheques must be cleared before goods will be sent.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your goods they must be returned within 7 days. Please talk to us or fax details before returning goods to arrange exchange (no refunds will be given)

SHIPPING

Charges are based on weight and you will confirm method before order is despatched. Australia Post has a new shipping method called E-parcel — your parcel is traceable via the E-parcel website using your tracking number. We will email it to you once your order has been sent.

GST

GST is included in all prices. For overseas customers we will deduct 10% GST.
